CVBJJ would like to give a big thanks to Roy Dean for a great visit to our school. He was generous enough to offer his time and teach 2 classes. CVBJJ was lucky enough to experience a triangle clinic full of high impact details for finishing as well as some surprising sweep opportunities, as well as a full session of leg lock attacks and awareness. We are grateful for his teachings and offer an open invitation to return. A special thanks to Bob Grunder who helped make Roy’s visit possible, adding to a long list of contribution to the growth and improvement of Coachella Valley Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
